Frankie Wheeler is a life long artist who taught classes and workshop throughout WV and the surrounding area.

Her watercolors convey the beauty and soul of Appalachia.

She has been in many exhibits and won many awards and still teaches workshops at Cedar lakes among others.

She belongs to Allied Artists of WV, The National League of American Pen Women and of course Gallery Eleven.
